    Hi Sir.

    Thanks for putting this together. I’m having EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUES with MochaHost right now.

    Funny enough, they answer us with the same pre-written or automatic reponses. The “The issue was solved. Have a nice day/night” message is driving me nuts already.

    Can you believe we only host a super simple Drupal website with this crappy hosting company and it’s not working, because supossedly it’s too heavy for the server?

    Let alone the thousands of problems that we’ve had with the mail server. Delays, mail service not working, websites down, reduced traffic… those are the big problems, just to name a few.

    And on top of that: terribly bad support. The agents never know anything, and the service tickets are always automatically closed without they even solving the issue.

    MOCHAHOST IS THE WORST, T H E W O R S T, THE WORST HOSTING COMPANY OUT THERE.

    Stay away from them!!!

    I only wish I had only seen this blog before. That would have saved me from this nightmare.
